职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Provide effective human resources and administration services in achievement of business objectives.
2. In conjunction with and under the general direction of HR & Adm Manager may develop, manage and/or administer a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities: compensation and benefit, recruitment, training, organization development, and employee relations programs.
3. Handle recruitment and selection.
4. Develop and implement strategic compensation and benefits structure. Monitor reward systems which are both competitive and equitable to acquire and retain high quality employees; Calculate salary accurately to ensure on time payroll, well understand tax law, social security, housing fund and relevant policy;
5. Spearhead and partner with department in training needs analysis; recommend appropriate training programs; develop total company training plans as well as track effectiveness.
6. Advises on employee relations issues and coordinates communication processes in order to develop and maintain a cooperative and motivated workforce; organize and involve in various HR motivation and CSR activities.
7. Implement and renew HR procedures and policies.
8. Ad-hoc report assigned by HR manager.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree, major in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
2. At least 5 years working experience in multinational company.
3. Proficiency in both written and oral English
4. Familiar with SAP and attendance systems, good payroll experience
5. Work independently, self-initiated, Good communication, interpersonal and influence skills
6. Familiar with the China Labor Law and government regulations.
7. Good Computer skills
