职位描述：
3D打印复合材料开发经理

Purpose of Job: Lead the production of customer and R&D 3D filament, compounds, and masterbatches according to Clariant Standard Operation Procedures (SOP)

工作目标︰ 领导团队研发和生产 3D打印专用材料, 长丝、 复合材料和色母粒
根据科莱恩标准操作程序 (SOP) 的生产

Manage day-to-day production operations
1. Coordinate with CSD, purchasing and stakeholders to plan and schedule production to customer needs
2. Ensure on-time completion of all production related activities to specified quality
3. Be a point of contact and link between the AM / 3D team and Masterbatches in Asia
4. Optimize staffing and personnel allocation for efficient operation
5. Implement plans and coordinate with maitenance dept. to ensure equipment in good working condition

Project management and development of internal and external partners and experts
1. Work with European based AM / 3D lead and team members to aid global R&D
2. Deliver performance customer pulled 3D printing materials working with AM / 3D team
3. Network within Clariant to leverage internal capabilities and knowledge
4. Identify, develop and maintain external resources to accelerate development

Implement and sustain Clariant Production System (CPS)
1. Good housekeeping and 5S

Manage and develop people
1. Recruit, train, motivate and maintain an effective work force in cooperation with European AM/3D + HR
2. Provide regular feedback and coaching to direct reports on performance & development opportunities
3. Create and maintain personal development plans, identify and promote talent in the organization 举报 分享
