Primary Purpose:
Optimize Retail System, process, perform system testing and case analysis in the day to day operation in store corresponding to the business growth in Asia.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in [Retail Systems] to...
1.Analysis of issues encountered and summarize solution to improve team problem solving skills and efficiency;
2.Contributing and working closely with retail system relevant teams for future improvements and/or systems enhancement;
3.Validation and quality control of new system and perform testing depends on regular hot fix patch of multi retail systems;
4.Closely working with teams(internal and external) to consolidate necessary documents;
5.Partner with project team and deploying new system to retail store;
6.Partner with vendors very closely to offer the best support and customer experiences to our internal/external customers in the entire Asia (Include Japan);
7.Manage the implementation/deployment of system enhancements/new systems through the project life cycle; Responsibilities include: Developing the functional and technical design, configuring systems, providing guidance to programmers, system testing, coordinating user testing and support implementation.
The accomplished individual will possess...
1.Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience of system support for store users;
2.In-depth knowledge of Retail Business
3.Strong communication skills both in Chinese and English. Experience in partnering with business users and other IS team members to design and implement system & process;
4.Adaptable and flexible person;
5.Person who has a strong sense of responsibilities and ownership;
6.Rich experience in incident management and QAQC Consultant, (i.e., testing scenarios creation/execution and logging defect into system)
7.Documentation skills.
An outstanding professional will have...
1.Minimum of 5 years Store System experience including testing;
2.Knowledge of Retail Applications;
3.Project managements skill;
4.QAQC related certificate (i.e. CSQA) or any testing experience on result management with tools(i.e. HP quality center, TestRail, Jira etc.,.) is plus
