职位描述：
Responsibility:
‐ Leadership of Advanced Engineering
‐ Attending meetings with management and other engineering groups regarding new technology
‐ Prepare 3 year technology plan
‐ Standardize platform and research & introduce new platform
‐ Working with vendors to conceptualize Bill of Materials (BOM) for SMPS with upfront on Cost Reductions of part ‐ Responsible for innovation

Requirement:
‐Diploma or Graduate of Electronic, Electrical or any related engineering course
‐With Mistral Degree in the field of Power Supply electronics
‐With minimum 10 years’ experience in Switched Mode Power Supply research and development
‐Strong analytical and problem solving skills in power supplies product.
