职位描述：
Business Analyst
We are looking for a business analyst with very excellent communication skills fluent in English and Mandarin. He / she will be responsible to meet with Project sponsor to gather requirements and define project scope.
He / She should be able to have a strong knowledge in the solution we are using, gathering and understanding of the business requirement from customer and advice on the complexity and implementation within the capability of the solution.

Responsibilities
1.Manage discovery phase with Project Stakeholders
2.Understand customer activity, business and process and help customer to define their business needs and objectives.
3.Understand the e-commerce solutions’ ability and limitation to help customer to refine their requirements according to technical complexity.
4.Translate business requirements into functional specifications / user stories / wireframes.
5.Make sure the project objectives are clearly define and realistic, and communicated to the internal team
6.Advice customer on the best practice related to e-commerce.
7.Follow-up on the project delivery with Project manager to make sure the delivered work is according to Project objectives.

Requirements
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Fluent Japanese or Korean is a plus)
- Experience in Website or Software technical engineering.
- Experienced in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Ajax and MySQL
- Experience in Website or Software business requirement analysis
- A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with e-commerce is a plus
- Experience with Magento, Demandware or Hybris is a plus. 举报 分享
