我公司是一家正规的自动化外资企业，包住不包吃，五险一金，白晚班，一般情况下一个星期工作五天，加班不超过74小时，每个月工资4300左右，到手大概3700-3900，各种福利待遇都按法律法规要求
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
· 根据测试流程负责对原材料作检测，并在相关文件上作记录. In charge of testing of raw material (according to the testing flow).Record results on related documents.
· 根据测试流程负责对产品作检测，并在生产过程中及打包完毕后对产品进行检测. 在相关文件上作记录In charge of testing products (according to the testing flow), do the test during production and after packing. Record results on related documents.
· 负责调色及质量情况协调，能够根据实际情况以最快速度调整产品颜色. Take charge of matching color and quality problem correspond, match product color.
· 协助打包。如有需要，协助其它人员打包. Help packing the material if necessary.
· 协助出货。如有需要，协助其它人员出货. Help for the shipment of the material if necessary.
· 协助卸货。在和检测工作不冲突的前提下，协助其它人员卸货. Help unload the material if necessary.
· 服务工作。能够了解实验室各种检测设备的工作原理及流程，能完成基础的保养工作. 保持工作环境的整洁。 Service. Understand the working principle and flow of the testing equipment, accomplish the basic maintenance work. Keep equipment and working environment clean and tidy.
· 完成主管交代的其他工作. Others assignments by supervisor.
初中以上文化程度，有最初级英文及计算机基础. Junior high school level and above, got the Basic English and basic computer ability.
做事精确，能够严格按照公司所要求的分析方法去做Precise, able to follow strictly the methods of analysis provided by the company.
对塑料制品及塑料质量有基本认识。有朔胶产品质量分析工作经验为优先（挤压，射出及色母粒）Basic understanding of plastic production, plastic quality. A previous experience in QC in plastics productions (extrusion, injection, master batch) is preferred.
能够使用分析仪器而不会造成损坏，对工具及设备维修有基本认识Able to use analytical instruments without causing damage, basic understanding of maintenance of tools and equipment.
至少有3-5年工业/制造经验At least 3-5 years of working experience in industrial/manufacturing environment.
愿意学习和成长并积极地面对问题Willing to learn and improve pro-active approach to the problems.
良好的人际沟通Good interpersonal communication.
能够分辨平时工作的优先顺序，及时的跟进后续问题，直到最后。并遵循主管的指令Able to understand priorities of the daily job and follow up issues timely and until conclusion, follow the instruction from the supervisor.
熟悉五常法的概念Familiar with 5S concepts
