职位描述：
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
?Verify and process ( approve, reject, escalate etc) repair estimates basing on container damage condition in CMA-CGM’s IMARS system;
?Perform regular depot visit / depot survey to inspect damages units or post repair units onsite;
?Monitor repair vendors’ performance (expenses, repair quality etc) to ensure CMA-CGM’s repair guidelines are implemented;
?Provide necessary support or advice to both internal and external customers for MnR related issues, e.g. advise acceptance of Shipper owned containers (SOC) / special cargoes, provide technical advice to third party recovery inquiry, etc.;
?Initiate damage recovery for major damage containers , and try to recover repair cost from liable parties ;
?Work closely with teammates to achieve department targets;
?Complete ad hoc works assigned by team leader.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
?Three - year college education or higher;
?At least 1 year working experience in shipping company or container depot;
?Familiar with international regulations of container inspection & repair, an IICL certificate holder is preferred;
?Be able to use English to communicate during daily works;
?Skillful user of Microsoft Office applications, especially for EXCEL, PowerPoint;
?A good team player who is willing to proactively work with teammates;
?Be able to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time well. 举报 分享
