Job Accountabilities：
1. Reverse engineering customer samples and technical standards.
2. Review and approve technical documents e.g. drawing, BOM, PPAP, APQP, WI etc.
3. Sourcing new vendors, new materials to generate competitive costing to help company win the business.
4. Visit supplier to understand its state of business to ensure continuity of supply.
5. Manage the implementation of each project. Summarize and analyze project outcome.
6. Contact customer or supplier in other countries by use of E-mail or Telephone call.
7. Assist production to improve efficiencies and reduce waste by enhance process capabilities.
8. Drive the team to identify and implement improvement projects.
Job Requirement：
1. Minimum University Engineering Degree qualification
2. CET 6 is preferred.
3. 5 years working experience in manufacturing company.
4. Working experience in manufacturing company with mechanical background.
5. Excellent English reading, writing, listening and speaking.
6 Good understanding of engineering standards and product range.
7. Good communication skills and team work spirit.
