职位描述：

Main Responsibilities:

? Review the balance sheets, profit and loss accounts of the assigned entities to ensure the accounting records are properly maintained.

? Support the Planning & Analysis team in the provision of monthly variance analysis of profit and loss accounts against budget and forecast

? Lead the team to deal with external auditors to complete statutory audits

? Review and ensure accurate tax reports are filed on time by monthly, quarterly and annually basis to the appropriate tax authorities

? Interface with the tax service providers with regards to the engagements for tax, audit and accounting services.

? Establishment and maintenance of appropriate internal control over key accounting processes.

? Responsible for the compliance function for assigned GS entities

? Facilitate necessary training to the team of Financial system, Finance polices and accounting processes. Ensure the teammates are proficient at their responsibilities.

? Supervise the team and manage the whole team’s performance

? Support ad hoc project assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

? Thorough understanding of accounting concepts and principles

? Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS

? Experience in handling full scope accounting duties for multinational corporation

? Good experience in accounting consolidation is an asset

? Good experience in cost/expense control

? Good working knowledge of Excel

? Essbase knowledge and skills are preferable but not essential

? Good command of English and local language

? Ability to communicate to all levels of associates

? Good people management skills
