Location：成都、大连、长沙、中山、东莞、上海、广州、青岛、南京、珠海、深圳、太原、昆明、无锡、江门、惠州、北京

Job Duties:
To implement a relationship management strategy for existing Commercial Banking (CMB) customers and drives a healthy growth of the CMB business of the Branch
To ensure good quality lending, safeguard the Bank from potential loss and meets compliance standards in day-to-day operations
To achieve growth of high value targeted customers, sales goals of the branch and customer satisfaction
To provide excellent service to meet customer retention and growth targets via deepening and expanding his/her portfolio
To proactively plan and initiate strategies to cement relationship with premier/target customers by creating value for them
To safeguard the bank from potential loss due to non-compliance with local regulations/procedures
Prepare credit proposals and monitor account performance
Conduct regular and effective credit reviews and inspections of customers’ operational facilities to maintain a healthy loan portfolio and take preemptive measures to avoid bad and non-performing loans
Collaborate with Credit Risk Management Department to take proactive control measures to ensure credit quality
To contribute to the local enhancement of the bank
To guide and develop team members


Job Requirements:
University graduate or above
5-10 years’ working experience, preferably in corporate banking field or marketing industry
Sufficient general and commercial banking experience
Good understanding of external regulation and internal procedure/guideline
Good leadership, can train, develop and motivate team members for better performance
Analytical thinking and attention to details
Proficiency in English and Putonghua
