Job Responsibililty:

Business Management:
*Develop Finance guidelines, procedures, finance procurement plans. Develop annual operations plan, finance budgets.
*Analyze the business result and help the line mangers to read their business status, weak & strong point.
*Build up banking relationship to establish required credit facility for operation needs
*Conduct product & customer profitability analysis to all divisions, teams and sales lines under the branch. In order to provide information for business decision.
*Responsible for expense & budget control; Coordination of budgeting process and yearly plan.
*Manage cash flow: set up weekly & monthly cash flow projection, review & control projection, review petty cash controls.
*Provide local accounting reports to meet regulation requirements. Manage tax reporting: withholding tax return, corporate income tax return, and provincial taxes report.
*Supervise internal accounting: bank account administration, book keeping accuracy, internal controls task
*Plan and manage administrative routines to support company's overall operation with effective cost measures

People Management:
*Select, develop, train and guide subordinates. Conduct regular performance evaluation and review

Job Requirements:

At least 8-year working experience in accounting, corporate finance and investment
Experience in the banking related industries familiar with accounting procedures
Management experiences -Strong intuition of internal control procedures in detection of fraud
Familiar with budget planning and expense control
Familiar with administrative routines and vendors management
