职位描述：
Duties:
- Participate in the creation of category sourcing strategies and program/item strategies with the managers and customers and provide direction to all factories;
- Lead and manage the negotiation, review and recommendation of assigned suppliers for product development, pricing, lead time, specificity;
- Work with last workshop for sample last creation base on the reference shoe provide by designer;
- Work with mold shop to open sample outsole mold base on the reference shoe and outsole design provide by designer;
- Work with factory for upper pattern trial base on upper design & reference shoe pattern;
- Deliver exceptional development samples within the time constraints of customer’s request;
- Other duties assigned by management.

Requirement:
- College or University Degree or equivalent work experience;
- At least 3 years’ in equivalent position level and in managing the relevant product categories. Intermediate to advance working knowledge of high brand in comfort shoe is preferred;
- 10+ years’ experience in reputable Global (European and USA) footwear sourcing/trading company, or buying offices with outdoor shoe PD experience;
- Required expertise in Waterproof shoes, Goodyear welt construction. Ability to read steel Mold blueprints, knowledge of both injection phylon and EVA press mold, knowledge of full grain leathers especially heavy weight hides.
- Candidate whom has PD experience in Wolverine or Timberland type of products are preferred.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English skill;
- Customer-focus. Result-driven and Good leader management skills.
- Attention to details and strong analytics skills, Good problem-solving & decision making skills.
- Multi-tasking and prioritization. Can work under pressure, occasional travel may be required, manage and develop business exceeding target.
