Responsibility:

1. Make register for received vendor invoices; 登记收到的供应商账单

2. Check Vendor Invoices and liaise with vendor for adjustment if needed; 核查供应商账单并在有需要时联系供应商调整

3. Handle Vendor accounting entries; 将供应商账单入账

4. Define business departments for Invoice approval; 将账单分给不同部门审核

5. Contact with business party for clarification if needed; 有需要时联系业务部门确认

6. Follow up Vendor EDI invoice; 跟进供应商账单的电子信息

7. Check Vendor Statements; 核查供应商对账单

8. Month end Invoice filing; 月底将相关凭证整理归档

9. Misc. Accounts Payable jobs. 其它与应付账款相关的工作

     

   Requirements:         

1. Tertiary College or above, major in accounting or related subject; 大专学历或以上，财务或相关专业

2. Skillful at MS Office, especially in Excel & Outlook; 熟悉办公软件、特别是Excel & Outlook

3. Related working experience preferred, but fresh graduate is considered; 经验不限，欢迎应届毕业生

4. Have positive working attitude, high sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure; 工作态度积极、认真负责，能承受一定压力

5. Good communication skills, willing to learn, good team player; 沟通能力良好，愿意学习，有团队合作精神
