Position: IT Operation (network) Engineer
Reporting to: Head of IT Service, Greater China
Responsibilities:
1. Participate WAN refresh/deployment projects in Greater China
2. Identify, diagnose and resolve WAN problems in Greater China
3. Work with global/regional/local service provider to ensure high level of WAN service
4. Deploy and support enterprise wide LAN and WLAN solutions in Greater China
5. Other IT tasks assigned by the management
Experience/Education:
1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
2. 5+ working experience (2+ years working experience on WAN monitoring and net flow analysis)
3. In-depth knowledge of WAN routing fundamentals and protocols, understanding of current data network solutions and clouding related solutions
4. Good programing knowledge with certain experience
5. Fluency in both written and spoken English
6. Strong initiative, quick learner and good team player
7. Cisco CCNP certification is preferable
8. Familiar with Enterprise Java (Java, Javascript, JSP, Struts, Spring, EJB, MDB, Ajax, Hibernate), and Scripting languages (Perl, Python, shell) is preferable
9. Understanding of ITIL process is preferable
10. Experience of project management is preferable
