工作职责：
1、配合完成生产计划
2、根据生产进度做好物料准备及人员调配
3、做好下属员工的考核工作
4、督导下属员工遵守安全生产规范
5、通过例会等场合进行团队建设
6、协助生产主任做好生产报告，对生产成本进行控制
7、按时完成上级交代的其他工作
职位要求：
1、具有3年以上食品公司相关工作经验，有2年以上生产团队管理经验
2、有叉车驾驶资格证
3、能适应倒班工作
3、能熟练运用计算机及办公软件
4、具有良好的沟通组织协调能力，原则性强，有执行力 举报 分享

Vitasoy establish its first Mainland China manufacturing plant in 1994.
