Job Responsibilities:
1. Create sales order and order confirmation for customer orders
2. Allocation stock/batches to deliveries according to stock allocation guidelines
3. Monitors order processing in order to secure goods issue on time
4. Create billings and preparing shipping documents for customers
5. Follow up paymentissues including adv payment, L/C and overdue payment
6. Initiate/request different master data such as customer price, material master
7. Create Deliveries for end customers.


Requirements:

· 1. Minimum 3-4 years of working experience from a CSD/logistic type of work

· 2. Good English language skills (verbal/written): Usual we get university graduates, as they fit the English criteria, but it is not a must

· 3. Computer literate: SAP working knowledge an advantage

· 4. Service/Communication skills: people from the tourist industry might better fit the service/English criteria
