职位描述：
JD:
Supply Chain:
- Would be responsible to gather current capacity at each vendor and provide a 2-3 week outlook for lead-times for new orders by design center.
- Would be responsible to conduct weekly reviews with each vendor to go over production schedules and projected ex-factory dates to ensure accuracy
- Would be responsible for tracking our new On-Time Delivery Metric and reviewing the data on a monthly basis face-to-face with the vendor.
- would be the owner of selecting new vendors and would be responsible to collect all input to make an informed decision
- Ownership over ensuring that accurate pricing is in the system at all times
- Responsible for the tracking of current raw material levels to report back to SM
- would be responsible to create a file for each vendor that shows the number of tools by design center.
- Support Development Team & Supply Team in the tooling allocation plan for new launches.
- Effectively manage the inbound schedule to RRD

Packing Support:
- Provide support for priority projects including traveling to vendor sites & RRD packout location to ensure customer timing requirements are met.
- Contribute both qualitative and quantitative data points for packaging vendors to QBR process
- Identify and vet out new packaging vendors that can meet or exceed our current vendor base on pricing/quality/timing
- Understand and push priority for launch projects - help to ensure that we never have cases with no packaging

Sourcing:
- Send out RFQ’s for the tooling quotes and FOB’s to selected suppliers agreed to by development, sourcing and supply
- Based on development time, price, delivery and quality the following departments: development, sourcing and supply will agree on selections for quoting.
- work with each supplier to get to lowest tooling cost as well as FOB’s and communicate back to the appropriate people in San Mateo.
- Notification to suppliers selected for tooling and also to suppliers not selected.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree or above in relative areas;
- 5+ years sourcing experience and over 3 years leader of merchandising team;
- Good knowledge of tooling;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and detail orientation;
- Strong problem solving and good leadership;
- Willing to travel within China or overseas as business needed;
- Willing to work under pressure and motivate a team;
