Responsibilities:
Global S&OP
? Prepare monthly Global S&OP data analysis, reporting and recommendation
o Including following areas:
? Operations sales forecast vs. financial forecast and vs budget,
? Inventory dollars and turns, excess inventory as % of total inventory, aging stock and obsolescence
? Backorders
? Forecast accuracy
? NPI demands and risks
? Buffer stock
? Recommendations and proposals
o Hold monthly S&OP reviews with the following functions:
? SBU global leadership team
? Product Management – Per BU
? Regions where needed until full training to get local DP personnel up to speed to conduct locally
Global Supply Chain Improvements
? S&OP improvement including template, content and further deployment across regions
? Standardization across Regions
o Regional demand planning process
o Material master / POR management
o Regional warehousing / transportation processes including central logistics control tower
? Region going forward action and follow ups
o Critical assignment progress
o Regional KPI result vs. target and actions where there is gap
o Next steps
? Supply chain dashboard development for regions and BUs
? Point for global supply chain projects such as global centralization
? Point for IT related supply chain improvement projects
Requirements:
? BS/MS Engineering or Supply Chain Management related (Masters preferred)
? Over 7-10 years of experience in S&OP
? 5+ years in managing 3 or more direct reports
? Proven leadership, interpersonal, communication and influence skills
? Excellent bilingual ability in Chinese and English, verbal and written
? Data and fact driven with strong analytical skills
? Strong experiences with SAP system;
? Results driven and strives to meeting or exceeding goals and objectives
? Strong team player and builds trust and confidence with cross functional teams and suppliers
? Consumer business experience
? Preferred experience in similar industry managing supply chain globally from China
? Leadership skills – Functional and cross-functional
? Strong knowhow for SAP system a must
? Familiar with MS worksuite;
? Flexible to work day and night as frequent communications with regions with different time zones needed
? Be able to manage the diversity of internal and external team in functions and cultures to get things done
? Be able to decipher the appropriate execution strategy to ensure suppliers follow our needs and requirements from various functional constituencies
? Be able to manage and drive the team to consistently work towards achieving the critical KPIs (e.g. Forecast accuracy)
? Be able to build relation builder with supply base
? Be able to interface and balance needs of globally and divisionally to achieve objectives
