RESPONSIBILITIES
? Acquaint the existing system and requirements of each team
? Provide tooling and solutions to improve the team daily work and make it efficiency
? Proceed with basic analysis with data obtained and provide necessary reporting via Excel/ Word
? Support teams for routine exercises and enquiries.
? Other relevant tasks assigned


REQUIREMENTS
? Experienced in developing MS Excel spreadsheet
? Proficiency with Excel / VBA Programming, statistical package and strong numerical skill
? Previous background and experiences in system build up
? Strong analytical skills & problem solving
? Proficiency in English and Chinese

US Children Cosmetics Company with headquarter in New York has established its Representative Office in China since Jan 2009. The main business focus on licensed kids and teenagers cosmetics under different licenses such as Disney, Nickelodeom, Hello Kitty, and American Idol etc. China operation is responsible for merchandising, product testing, quality assurance and factory compliance as well as technical design for product package, logistic etc. Total headcount for China Office is around 43 people.
