工作职责
Responsible for the recruitment, training, career development plan, organization structure, salary management, performance management and labor contract management.
任职资格
1.Educational Experience: Working toward a Master’s degree or advanced degrees
2.Major: Business Management and HR related majors.
3.English: CET 6/IELTS 6.5/TOEFL 85/TOEIC 700 or higher, or native speaker.
4.Merit worthy qualifications:
(1)Served as a member of a student union or student organization, experience in organizing campus events, professional functions, etc.
(2)Honor student, scholarship recipient or equivalent, participant/winner of school competition, major recognition or equivalent.
(3)Multilingual skills.
(4)Wide international perspective.
(5)Internship experience at a Fortune 500 company.
