销售助理（sales assistant）

1、College graduate, english major preferred
2、1 years of foreign company experience preferred
3、Fluent in written and spoken English

Main Responsibility 职位描述
1、Handle the incoming call/ fax; provide the administrative supports to Sales Manager;
处理电话/传真；提供行政管理方面的支持给销售经理；
2、Following up accounts receivable collection;
跟进客户的货款收取；
3、Follow up sales contract, wine selection, customer correspondence, sales report and statistic;
跟进合同，酒水单，客户资料，销售报告及销量统计情况；
4、Coordination with client for accurate order process, receiving record etc;
跟进客户订单进度及收货记录收取情况；
5、Coordination with inter department for effective customer service;
与其他部门互助，提供有效的服务给客户；
6、Assist the Sales manager for promotion planning, promotion tent card and flyer printing; wine event, stock allocation, par stock for key items, POSM support and A&P allocation etc;
帮助销售经理处理促销计划，葡萄酒宴会，台卡及宣传单的打印,库存分配，礼品支持及A&P申请；
7、Fill in the new Fine Wines application form according to customers’ requirements;
填写客户需要的新品表；
8、Calculate Fine Wines‘amount & quantity by monthly and check the store;
每月核算代销酒的数量、金额，并核对库存；
9、Regular update the sales report, sort out each sales manager’s plan list、promotional activities list、Analysis list of competitors and so on, and according to sales manager’s request to prepare related sales data, sales report;
每月固定更新销售数据表；整理每位销售人员的销售计划表、促销活动情况表、竞争对手分析表等；并根据销售人员的要求随时准备数据、报表；
10、Customers Database management;
更新客户资料；
11、Sales files and record management;
管理文档及记录；
12、Take up additional project as per requirement of Sales manager.
