For our Healthcare Division in SHENZHEN,we are looking for a SSMR(CV)Lean senior engineer.

What are my responsibilities?

Develop and drive the building of a lean continuous improvement culture at CV ME SZN

Standardize and sustain the continuous improvement culture

Build and maintain visual controls and metrics aimed at delivering performance data for decision making to management at the local factory

Coach and mentor plant management in the lean concepts and support them in driving the continuous improvement culture locally

Always drive EHS first and quality into the process

Support layout and production flow planning of existing and new factories

Calculate the routing time for NPI and optimize stantdard time for existing products. Continue to improve product efficiency by optimizing production flow

Responsible for execution of NPI/transfer project as project manager

Performs project/pgrgram management activities (defning scheduling, budget, risk,change,opportunity and resource management activities)

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Techniques (Technologies/Methodologies/Professional Knowledge):

Preferably with work experience in production as well as lean, six sigma

Shop floor management and visualization, capable of independently initiating and implementing change

Skills user of Excel, PowerPoint

Have a good understanding of intercultural behavior as well as in interest in working across function and national borders

Execellent English language skill both in oral and writing

Knowledge of ISO9002 and ISO13485

Essential (today and in future):

Preferably 5 years lean background from a production complay

Knoledge of Project management, familiar of using project management tools

Being a project manager to lead NPI/ transfer project, cooperate with German colleagues

Working experience in multinational company. German company is a plus
