职位描述：

Duties and Responsibilities

General: Production supervisors assists the Production Manager in performing
continuous improvements in the areas of efficiency, quality, scrap and 6S.

Special:
Assist in planning and directing operations to achieve objectives for
safety, quality, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction

Supervisory Responsibilities: Lead the production team to keep good 6S,
productivity improvement, quality control and improvement, on-time delivery and
so on.

Education / Experience and Attributes

Education Level

University.
Graduate in manufacturing engineering or mechanical engineering or
plastic engineering
                        

Working Experience / Training

At least 5 years’ experience with plastic injection
molding and At least 3 year of production supervisor experience is
required

Skills / Certified License / Job Knowledge

Familiar with molding shop floor operation, lean
production, TPM, process improvement, 6S management, team KPI setting and
performance management.

Knowledge in injection machine adjust, trouble
shooting, have material knowledge in POM/PP/ASB/PVC/PA and so on, Quality
control and improvement.

Good English in communication.

Automation knowledge in injection molding is
advantage.

Familiar with scientific injection molding is
advantage, Familiar with injection mold design and manufacture is advantage.
