岗位职责：
1、参与公司营销战略规划，负责海外营销活动、商务谈判的规划、组织、实施和团队的日常管理工作；
2、负责制定销售计划、分解和跟踪、落实计划完成情况，参与并带领团队完成销售目标；
3、协助建立和完善销售团队管理流程和考核制度，提升团队工作激情、销售能力和业绩；
4、负责海外分销渠道的开拓、管理和客情关糸维护，提升客户的满意度、信任和信心；
5、遵守公司各项制度，维护好公司利益，协调和协助公司相关部门工作，圆满完成上级安排的各项工作。
岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，英语、市场营销、国际商务等相关专业毕业；
2、具有丰富的海外巿场开拓、商务谈判和展会、网络、线下营销实战经历，尤其拥有良好的销售业绩；
3、具备优秀的英语听、说、读、写能力和熟练解读客户需求的沟通技巧，能够以丰富的知识和经验充满自信地与大客户互动交流；
4、具有极强的策划力、执行力、亲和力和团队、客户服务意识，善于制定规则并能激励、管理和带领团队实现销售目标；
5、执行力强，雷厉风行，工作踏实，具有良好的团队和客户服务意识；
6、具有强烈的使命感、责任心和成功欲望，性格活泼而坚忍，愿意接受国内外出差和为长期目标而付出努力。
