职位描述：
作为涂装车间喷涂工，需做好涂装车间中上涂喷涂工位的工作。

主要职责/Main Responsibilities：
?遵守员工手册及涂装车间规章制度.
?做好每天开班前对喷枪,涂料管,空气压力、喷房温湿度以及风场平衡等操作工具细致的点检工作
?对点检出的不合格项目及时整改和上报
?掌握本岗位的控制计划、反应计划、作业指导书、工艺卡片等作业性文件内容
?认真按照本岗位作业指导书、工艺卡片上所写步骤进行操作
?在生产节拍范围内，完成本岗位的作业内容
?生产结束后认真做好本岗位的5S工作
?勤于思考，提出改善措施及合理化建议，在本岗位持续开展5S活动
?搞好本职工作同时,积极参与到小组团队建设
?负责中上涂区域消防设施点检、洗眼器等设备的点检，并保证其功能有较。如果有异常情况的发生按照反应计划执行
?积极参加一专多能培训，不断提高自身技能，同时有责任和义务其他员工对本岗位的培训
? 做好本职工作的同时，积极参加团队建设
? 完成车间领导、工程师和区班长临时交办的其他工作
