Responsibility:
- Partner with HRBPs in the responsible location or region to drive the recruitment processes for all businesses and roles, including FSA, Marketing, FAE, CS, etc, in Asia Pacific.
- Develop and leverage effectively the recruiting channels in the region.
- Develop and manage effective partnerships with external recruiting partners
- Provide coach and education to the hiring managers in terms of the job requirement, local job market, decision making process, position competency, etc.
- Participate in regional/global projects, such as Employer Branding Projects/activities and Campus Recruitment Project if needed

Knowledge
- Bachelor or above education
- Over 8 years of recruitment-related experiences with at least 5 years as a recruiter or recruiting specialist to handle the recruitment independently, regional exposure would be a plus.
- Experience in local recruitment and deep knowledge of market, channels, laws, etc. while regional exposure a plus
- Recruitment experience for sales, marketing, technical positions, etc
- Experience in recruitment agency is desirable
