Overall Purpose:
Assist to implement the related programs of C&B and performance in Shenzhen, HK and overseas office
Principal Job Responsibilities:
1. Accountable for the planning, designing, development, coordination and implementation of activities in C&B related programs.
2. C&B policies and process update and provide support to customers throughout the entity in the interpretation, communication and implantation of policies and guidelines
3. Ensure all C&B practices and programs implemented are in compliance with company guidance and government regulations;
4. Work with team to participant annual market remuneration survey and conduct annual salary review to achieve the internal balance and external competitiveness;
5. Monitor government regulation change and anticipate future trend to make sure company labor cost are forecasted accurately;
6. Implement corporate job system and timely reflect company real situation to corporate to make sure company Job system and job matrix are well maintained;
7. Perform in-depth analysis related to compensation and benefits to support management business decision making;
8. Lead the team to keep improving the effectiveness and efficiency of C&B related programs and processes;
9. Accountable for accuracy of information provided to other professionals and management on standard C&B programs.
10. Maintain, update C&B records and ensure C&B data reflect in HR system accurate and timely.
11. Performs activities such as data gathering and analysis and report preparation that impact business results and satisfy the needs of other human resource professionals.
12. Other ad hoc job assigned by Manager
Qualifications and Experiences:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
2. More than 5 years’ experience in HR function, in which 2 years in C&B function
3. Strong analytical skill and communication skill (bilingual), good leadership, solid C&B professional knowledge
4. Logic and creative thinking, good presentation skill, good interpersonal skill and leadership
5. Familiar with Microsoft office application skills
6. Familiar with government policy and practice
7. Good for detail work with high quality
8. Ability to exercise independent judgment and meet objectives
9. Ability to communication effectively with a variety of people
10. Ability to identify and facilitate solutions in the human resource area utilizing progressive practices
11. Languages and Level: Good command of oral and written English. Good Cantonese would be an advantage
