职位描述：
Job Main Responsibility:
? Monitor corporate Service Desk system and record / response user’s service requests
? Trouble shoot IT problems for local and remote users and solve the problem within the defined SLA
? Maintain the Desktop / Laptop PC’s , Printers, Copies, Projectors
? Ensure the integrity of the Desktop / Laptop software and data
? Ensure desktop antivirus and data security
? Manage IT spare parts and keep IT assets information up-to-date
? Provide out of Office support to key areas of the Business;
? Maintain both physical and virtual servers, manage backup and storage systems;.

Job Requirements:
? Bachelor degree in computing science or equivalent. MCSE certified. MCSBA, CCNA, ITIL, VCP is preferred;
? Knowledge of VMware ESX, HP servers and storage. Symantec Endpoint and Backup Exec is a big plus;
? Familiar with current network protocols on client end, desktop software and operating systems;
? Ability to identify and resolve PC and software problems in a timely manner;
