职位描述：
Duties & Responsibilities / 工作职责:
1) Assist the VP in organizing schedules, appointments and travel arrangements etc. in an efficient way to make best use of limited time and resources. 协助副总裁有效组织并安排日程、会议及出差行程等以帮助副总裁高效利用有限的时间和资源；
2) Prepare presentation materials, cover/introductory letters, contracts, reports, meeting minutes and other documents as per VP’s instruction. 根据副总裁的指示准备演讲资料、介绍信函、合同、报告、会议记录及其他文件。
3) Assist VP to follow up all the TO DO jobs until final target. 协助副总裁追踪，督促各类进行中的项目和任务直至达到预期目标。
4) Interact and coordinate with both internal staffs and external clients and guests when needed. 需要时，与内部员工、外部客户和来宾进行有效沟通及协调。
5) Executive special projects at the direction of VP, maintain confidentiality and wield discretion on sensitive issues. 根据副总裁指示执行特殊项目，对于敏感信息绝对保密。
6) Conduct other administrative support if needed. 根据需要操作其他行政事务。
7) Other duties as assigned by supervisor 上级主管安排的其他工作

Requirement / 任职要求:
1) College or above 大学及以上学历
2) Above 2 years’ relevant experience 2年以相关工作经验
3) Good spoken and written English skills, Japanese mastering is preferred. 较强的英语口语和书写能力，善长日语者优先考虑
4) Strong PC Skills, good at Excel & PPT applications 较强的计算机能力，擅长运用Excel和PPT软件
5) Strong coordination skills, can work under pressure 沟通协调能力强，抗压能力强
6) Available to work overtime if needed 工作需要时可加班
7) Demonstrate a sense of responsibility, attention to detail and confidentiality 有责任心、仔细、有保密意识 举报 分享
