Job Discription:

• Overview Acoount Payable team.
• DPO, debit Acoount Payable control: Ensure that DPO improve (12 month average will be used)
  Debit Items on Acoount Payable ledger: Ensure that there are no debit items on Acoount Payable ledger for 3rd parties at month end.
• Unacknowledged Suppliers Invoice + ebilling, offset aging item: To ensure the operations complete the acknowledgment of invoices and incoming e-billing by month end closing. AP staff offset aging item before month-end closing.
• File to file transfer between different departments.
• Cash Flow Management: To monitor cash flow to prevent lack of usage, Control Funds in foreign currencies , if exceed 2 weeks expected cash disbursements, convert into local currency.
• Cheque Payment control. To control cheque payment per the company guidelines, a register of used cheque numbers must be maintained,Blank cheques must be stored in a secure safe.
• Dongguan area Account Payable related: Same control with SZX.
• Petty Cash Payment Control, Credit Card Control: To monitor cash payment, use petty cash as minimum as possible per KN guideline, no cash collection is allowed from customer, credit card control.
• Adhoc jobs from managers.

Job Requirement:

• College graduates, majoy in Finance and Accounting or related.
• Proficient in MS Windows,Word & Excel applications.
• Global logistic company finance work experience 3 years as well.
• Good communication skill with internal and external, good English.
• familiar with PRC GAAP and tax law, especially added-value tax regulation.
• Good team work, principled and high flexibility, details oriented and patience.
