职位描述：
1、负责招聘工作，应聘人员的预约，接待及面试；
2、员工入职手续办理，员工劳动合同的签订、续签与管理；
3、公司内部员工档案的建立与管理；
4、负责与其他部门的协调工作，做好信息的上传下达；
5、负责公司各部门的行政后勤类相关工作；
6、负责考勤的核算；
7、负责部门一些日常行政事务，配合上级做好行政人事方面的工作；
8、负责制定、监督及执行企业管理规章制度等各种制度；
9、负责组织企业文化建设工作，年会安排、会务组织、文体活动安排等；
