POSITION PURPOSE:
The primary purpose for this role is to support reliability improvement of new products. This will include organizing reliability meetings, preparing meeting material, track reliability status of project, using statistical tools for basic reliability analysis, collaborating with engineering, quality and service team to support new product development.
对新产品开发提供可靠性支持，包括组织可靠性会议，准备会议材料，跟踪项目可靠性状态，使用可靠性分析工具进行基础的可靠性分析，协同工程、质量及服务部门支持新产品开发。
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Track reliability work status and make reliability reports within new product development.
? Prepare meeting materials and organize routine reliability meetings.
? Applies basic knowledge of statistical tools and warranty databases to analyze existing component or system reliability, report the reliability per the customer's reporting requirements.
? Participates as a team member, actively contributes towards team goals.
? Works with other engineering disciplines to resolve product issues.
? 针对新产品开发项目，跟踪项目的可靠性状态，并编制可靠性报告。
? 组织可靠性常规会议，并准备会议材料。
? 根据客户需求，使用可靠性软件工具进行基本的可靠性数据分析。
? 良好的团队合作精神，协助团队实现目标。
? 配合工程团队解决产品开发过程中的技术问题。
