职位描述：
Roles/Responsibilities:
1、Manage and ensure projects are delivered on time, with the right quality and cost and from the right suppliers
2、Overall responsible for delivering projects to Regions
3、Understand and align project requirements/objectives with Regional counterparts
4、Collaborate with the Regions (Switzerland, Italy, U.S.A., and Asia operations) on project delivery, quality, and cost
5、Align project requirements/objectives with suppliers and project team members
6、Build relationships with Regional counterparts and leaders and cross-functional team partners
7、Build relationships and work with suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of projects
8、Ensure all identified issues/concerns are clearly understood by project teams and suppliers and escalate as appropriate to ensure all products meet regional, engineering requirements and customer expectations in a timely manner ?
9、Work with Quality and Sourcing teams to ensure the correct suppliers for projects
10、Work with production and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of projects and drive issues to resolution in a timely manner
11Conducts weekly reviews with project team/suppliers to ensure projects are on schedule and communicates status/issues/concerns to Regions
12、Manage and resolve projects issues with production, suppliers, and regions in a timely manner
13、Conducts meetings as needed with team members. Demonstrates leadership by working through others to resolve issues.
14、Other duties deemed necessary to support the Company’s business or project operations

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
1、Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Mandarin. Fluency in Cantonese or other dialects is preferred
2、Able to work and communicate across different cultures, diversity, and gender
3、Have work with multi-national companies
4、Expertise in one or more key manufacturing processes (e.g. assembly, machining, plastic injection molding, electroplating, painting, etc.)
5、Experience/Knowledge of electrical products and industry or luxury display industry would be preferred
6、Proven ability to resolve issues
7、Proven ability to work as a team
8、Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills ?
9、Proven ability to interpret standards, specifications, procedures, drawings, etc…
10、Excellent interpersonal skills
11、Self-motivated
12、Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, and procedures
13、Ability to demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and to appropriately prioritize workload based upon project needs ?
14、Be detail-oriented and have excellent follow-through skills ?
15、Excellent project management and planning skills, while providing high attention to details

Minimum Education and Experience Required: ?
1、A Bachelor degree. Degree in an engineering field or other related technical degree would be preferred
2、Minimum ten (5) years experience in project management, engineering, manufacturing, or process engineering in the luxury-display, electrical products, or related industry
3、Master degree or Project Management Certification is preferred

Special Job Requirements:
1、May required long, varied work hours at times
2、Able for international travel to U.S. or Europe
3、May require frequent availability and communication during non-standard business hours to communicate with global team members 举报 分享
