职位描述：
1、 协助运营经理制定公司的月度、季度和年度经营计划；
2、 协助经理完成各类信息的收集、录入、汇总、分析工作。
3、 负责对销售订单的审核工作，同时制作出库单；
4、 负责销售统计及分析工作，按进度做好日报、月报、年报；
5、 制订运营流程、规章制度、执行标准、服务规范制订，并督导执行；
6、 对数据资料进行监控，完成数据资料的分析和整理；
7、 负责生产计划的制定，货物的运输安排和出口货物的箱单发票等的制作；
8、 月末与供应商和客户的对账单的审核和制作，并及时答复供应商和客户；
9、 账款支付和收取的跟踪；
10、 及时、准确、真实、完整的向营运经理提交有关营运报告、信息；
11、 第三方物流供应商的管理；
12、 对公司供应商进行监督，并能够至生产现场进行现场的质量评审和流程评审；
13、 完成公司上级交付的其他工作。
能力要求：
1、本科及以上学历，物流管理、经营管理、营销等相关专业，；
2、熟悉流程制作，有包装、机加工、塑料等生产型行业3年或以上相关经验；有生产管理的经验；
3、熟悉财务方面的制作，对物流管理有一定的了解
4、能够处理各种突发性事件；
5、英语听书读写熟练；
6、能够熟练操作Office办公软件。 举报 分享
