1.大专以上学历，3年以上工作经验，有较强的沟通能力、英语交流能力、主动学习和实践能力。
2.具有较强的工作责任心、团队合作意识和较强的执行力，能吃苦耐劳。
3.熟悉电路板的制程管控，熟悉IPC-610规范。
4.英语良好.
工作职责：
1.熟悉运用各种品质统计技术，进行各种品质提升活动，作为质量代表参与并引导项目改善的质量保证活动；
2.评审并跟踪产品工作过程，指导并完成质量目标，监控项目过程与规范的符合情况。
3.上级主管安排的其它工作任务。
