Executive Assistant(实习或半年期)

Job Description:
-Provide efficient administrative support to Executive in terms of managing and maintaining executive’s schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
-Prepare reports, presentations and other documents where needed timely and accurately.
-Support and arrange department monthly and quarterly meetings, conferences and events
-Collect pre-work, information, meeting minutes and next step.
-Build a good rapport and network with internal related departments at all level for smooth coordination.
-Liaise and interact with incoming visitors
-Monitor department expenses i.e. traveling expenses, stationary, IT facilities, team activities, etc. ensure they are in line with the budget.
-Review administrative practices and implement improvements where necessary
Qualifications
-New graduate or final year student of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related fields
-Having standard knowledge of office administration, practices and procedures would be a plus.
-Fluent in English (Speaking, Listening, Writing and Reading)
-Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Service-minded with positive attitude.
-Proficient computer skills (MS.Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
