职位描述：
Main duties and responsibilities:

Responsible for testing and assessing the effectiveness, accuracy or safety of new and existing products or parts based on existing safety standards, specifications or performance guidelines (ex. Endurance test requirements).

- Developing test plan based on related standard or specifications for the new or existing product or parts to be tested with the development team and/or the existing product responsible
- Train Quality Technician on how to perform the testing based on the test plan
- Data entry, recording of result and creation of paper work like test report in a timely manner
- Raise an alert when an important issue found is likely to “slow-down” the whole project
- Troubleshooting problems or inaccuracies with related team and provide ideas for modifications or improvement

Jointly effort on creation and reviewing documentation developed for the project or item like FMEA, MSA and PPAP etc.
Responsible for monitoring and calibration of test and measurement devices, maintain the calibration routine and record of cablibration, repair or adjustment etc.
Responsible for leading the team to solve production quality issues
New product launching process
Process excellence by audits and implementing other valid quality tools like SPC
Reporting


Required skills/experience:

Bachelor degree in Electronics
Very structured and detail oriented, and good computer skills
Customer orientated
Well developed organizing and communication skills. Persistent, polite but masterful
Fluent in verbal and written English
Min. 3 years Quality engineer experience in manufacturing environment
Be familiar with quality tools like SPC, FMEA and MSA etc.,
Well developed problem solving skills
Skillful in using MS office software like Excel, word and powerpoint and SPC software MiniTab 16 etc.
