职位描述：
1.协助商务经理、主管、跟单员负责商务部的日常运作实物的跟进与追踪完成；
2.负责商务部的文档整理，文书工作及协助部门翻译文件；
3.负责将客户报价单及订单资料的整理、归档及管理，协助跟单员相关付款追踪的提醒；
4.客人样板申请的处理及送样安排；
5.客户投诉和客户资料变更的内部跟进与回复；
6.客户来访接待的相关准备、安排和跟进，包括用车、酒店住宿、用餐及会议室安排，并对部门会议作会议安排及记录；
7.协助每半年一次的客户满意度调查的资料整理、归档；
8.客户财产登记、维护和管理；
