职位描述：
Senior Coordinator/Coordinator – Customer Service Documentation

Responsibilities:
? Handle full set export shipping documents (SWB and OBL) and invoicing
? All trade lanes incl US / Canada/ Mexico / Latin / Europe / Intra-Asia
? Well versed in 24-hr customs ruling and submission, incl AMS, ACI, MX-SAT, CCAM, ENS
? Well versed in country requirements and restrictions.
? Coordinate with customs on manifest submission.
? Responsible for customer’s enquiries re bill of lading and invoicing.

Requirements:
? At least 3-5 years relevant experience in logistics / freight forwarding / shipping liners
? Higher Diploma in Logistics or other related disciplines is appreciated
? Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
? Familiar with PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook & Chinese Word Processing
