职位描述：
Job Summary: Daily support of administrative responsibilities and tasks. Will be responsible for maintaining import/export documentation, cargo acceptance, shipping, inventory, and customs clearance. Daily reporting of inventory and accurate data information must be maintained. Ready and able to assist with any office related tasks and able to complete assignments in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:
? Perform daily operations relating to import/export documentation, cargo acceptance, shipping, maintaining accurate inventory reporting, and customs clearance.
? Prepare tracking number with waybill number, update shipment log and status.
? Ensure that data is accurately maintained and on time and provide the daily inventory report.
? Maintain the cargo in good condition, including the tidiness and damp proof inside warehouse and workstation.
? Daily monitoring the office environment and upkeep.
? Office assets management, periodic checks and maintenance.
? Will be responsible for other administrative tasks assigned by reporting manager.

Position Requirements:
? At least 2 years' working experience preferably in warehouse and shipping fields.
? Above senior school graduate, 23-35 years old and Male required.
? Skillful in Microsoft office operation.
? Careful attention to work product
? Proactive and willing to take the initiative
? Positive attitude.
? With basic English writing and reading skills.
? Good spoken English is a plus.
