Job description:

• Providing friendly and professional service to our customers.
• Focal point for customers which use K+N for multiple routes / multiple transportation modes.
• Troubleshooting/solving of service problems for customers
  Answering customer inquiries.
• Performing worldwide correspondence with the KN network.
• Close co-operation with sales force, operations and accounting departments.

Job Requirements：

• College or above, majored in logistics or related.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in logistics firm.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Good command in English, Cantonese or Mandarin.
• Positive service attitude, responsible and self-motivated with positive working attitude
