职位描述：
Duties:
- Assist finance director in practicing group structuring project and business flow reconstruction.
- Lead a team of accountants to manage the finance and accounting function of oversea subsidiaries, in charge of financial reports, check and review all vouchers and ledgers to ensure report quality.
- Perform report consolidation; create models, conducts research, and analyzes actual business unit performance against targets in budget, including sales, gross margin, inventory control and operation expenses etc.
- Business flow transfer in ERP system, build and improve related work flow, check point and report analysis.
- Facilitate regular business review meeting and monitor results against budget or plan.



Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Accounting or Finance, with accountant qualification certificate, CPA or ACCA/CMA qualification preferred;
- 5+ years working experience in foreign invested company, including 2+ years in management or internal audit/control position;
- Must be able to use English as working language, especially in reading and writing.
- Experienced in using foreign ERP system, experience in system go live and knowledge of NetSuite is a plus but not a must.
- An understanding of e-commerce, B2C business processes, policy of online marketplaces like Amazon & eBay etc., and related risk management discipline strongly preferred.
- Understanding of Chinese GAAP and tax regulations.
