职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for data quality of product costing
2. Variance analysis between actual and standard, find the root cause and driver the improvement
3. Standard cost enhancement in SAP system
4. Cost and Inventory control: Work closely with Operation departments (eg, production, Warehouse, Purchasing etc) to drive for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, working capital improvement
5. Process Owner: review and enhance all the operation processes in relation to costing. Initiate cross- department action plan to ensure the proper execution of the SOP
6. Able to support the GL team for accounting month end closing and company consolidation (practical experience on GL accounting)
7. Support the Finance Manager on business planning, analysis, accounting review, improvement actions, staff development.


Required qualifications:
1. At least 6 years costing experience in manufacturing company of MNC, and 2 years cost control and management experience. Familiar with process control and business control of manufacturing in a systematic manner
2. Strong and hands-on experience in SAP
3. Full set accounting experience and know consolidation.
4. Good English for both speaking and writing skill is a MUST.
5. Good communication skill and leadership is necessary, experience of making presentation to senior management
