职位描述：
Responsibilities
1. Overall management of assigned projects throughout the design, product development, pre-production and production ramp to ensure the project is completed on time.
2. Understand the product management’s requirements fully and implement systems/processes that meet or exceed these technical and quality perspective.
3. Anticipate and resolve any design, process and supply chain issues, bottlenecks or scheduling conflicts.
4. Interact closely with US office and China office teams track and communicate information to ensure that it is used correctly and that project issues are dealt with appropriately and resolved promptly.
5. Identify the risks, issues, and manage the associated corrective action plans
6. Provide the project evaluation and project status to management on a regular basis
7. Work with factories to improve execution and OTD.
8. Providing overall strategies yearly, including cost saving target, process optimization, quality control, supplier management and raw materials management etc.
9. Strong skills with BOM, RFQ & Costing
Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree
2. At least 10 years’ experience in project management with Bags, Soft Toys or Baby Apparel, MNC experience is preferred
3. Familiar with BOM structure and cost analysis
4. Advanced oral and written communication skills as well as advanced interpersonal skills.
5. Analytical and problem solving
6. Time management
7. Fluent English and Chinese
