职位描述
? Manage PD Team to insure timely processing of all Product Development.
? Find new factories that can serve our needs. Insure these factories can pass social and quality compliance as well as CTPAT.
? Insure product development meets all necessary government and customer requirements.
? Review daily PD requests with all PD personnel and make helpful suggestions for processing.
? Assist and recommend vendor selection for PD.
? Work closely with US PD team to insure Product Development is being executed properly.
? Resource & re-negotiate replenishment items as needed.
? Prioritize, schedule and adjust work load as needed.
? Maintain timely performance appraisals for all employees.
? Prioritize, schedule and adjust work load as needed.
? Insure systems are being updated regularly by staff for constant and accurate communication about various PD projects.
? Travel when necessary to develop, procure and source various needed products. This may but is not exclusive to travel within China, to India, other Asian countries and the US if needed.
? Attendance to Global jewelry exhibitions necessary in order to find new suppliers and products.
? Communicate all PD that is being processed to the Operations Manager to insure production orders are going to the coreect suppliers.
? MMG-Insure all PD is being developed / managed properly and deadlines are being met
? Target-Insure all PD is being developed / managed properly and deadlines are being met
