Job Summary
This role is a member of the worldwide operations team. This person is responsible for providing planning analyses and responsible for end to end planning to achieve key operational plans and support defined business objectives. This person also serves as an operational liaison with business unit managers on matters for assigned projects.

Key Relationships and Interactions
? Works closely with Operations management and key Business Unit leaders and finance.
? Works closely with Key stakeholders across global functions in a matrix organization
o (Sales & marketing, Asia & supply planning, Logistics, Foundry & Subcon management)

Duties and Responsibilities
? Operations focal point and responsible for end to end supply chain to support revenue execution, manage delinquencies, and inventory control for the assigned products.
? Ensure revenue targets and objectives are on track with weekly reporting and comparison to plan.
? Reviews MSD (Manufacturing Schedule Dates) for backlog are accurately reflected in SAP based on supply profile.
? Report on projected delinquencies at quarter end based on MSD (Manufacturing Schedule Date) and CRD (Customer Request Date). Identify risks, safety stock targets, and mitigation plans to support zero delinquency.
? Support triangulation process between Operations, Sales and Marketing to shape and understand product demand profile.
? Manage allocations and priority from sales on products with shortage of supply.
? Validate and own master data for relevant products to ensure plan and supply modeling are accurate.
? Model constraints and variables in SAP, and able to analyze CTM plan.
? Obtain approval for wafer procurement, and work with foundry planning for order creation.
? Perform capacity evaluations and risk analysis for assigned products.
? Provides support to cross functional teams that interacts with planning activities.
? Evaluate performance and review on continuous improvement forecasting through PDCA.
? Provide daily communication with suppliers and planning teams on delivery schedules and issues.
? Work with Quality and Engineering groups to expedite resolution of any problem/issues that may affect product delivery and communicate with sales on production issues that may affect delivery of products.

Qualifications
? At least 5 years planning experience in the semiconductor industry
? Graduate with Bachelor’s or Masters in engineering or business degree preferred
? Experience in SAP systems that relates to planning and procurement, understanding of the manufacturing process as well as inventory management is greatly beneficial.
? Experience in Agile/PLM system preferred.
? Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge required.
? Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
? Demonstrates planning, analytical and organizational skills.
? Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks effectively. 举报 分享
