职位描述：
Job Summary:
The General Accounting Clerk-cashier is primarily responsible for routine transaction processing.
Relationships:
Reports to the Accounting Supervisor or accounting manager
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Performs vendor, employee and intercompany payments, contact to bank as a close relationship for daily process
- Performs database input as required, Mfg/Pro, E-banking and ASOne for SAFE.
- Performs routine subsystem reporting for client receivables.
- Performs balance sheet account reconciliation and daily bank journal.
- Performs tax return for water and electronic spending on a quarterly basis, gets related invoices from tax bureau.
- Performs accounting close and reconciliations on time before month end.
Previous Experience and Competencies:
Technical Finance or Accounting Certificate or equivalent experience.
0-2 years’ experience in a finance role
Behavior:
Problem Solving: basic skill in project estimation with standard complexity, creative and innovative solutions, analytical oriented, and basic decision making skills communication.
Communication: standard oral and written communication skills, and customer oriented.
Cross Discipline: basic understanding of company strategy
