职位描述：
负责寻找优质供应商，项目评估和报价，同时负责处理技术问题，供应商质量和生产控制。
主要职责：
1. 寻找潜在客户和供应商，负责与客户和供应商之间的沟通；
2. 项目评估，供应商资质和产能的评估，推荐潜在供应商并加以甄选；
3. 有计划性地持续监控供应商品质、交货、配合度等,寻找需要改进的地方并督促执行；
4. 对生产和系统进程积极提出改进建议，及时解决问题， 具备与客户和供应商的良好沟通技巧。

应聘要求：
1. 机械工程或相关专业，学士以上学历，熟练操作CAD, 3D, 办公软件；
2. 至少2年机械制造厂工作经验，或者跨国公司做过采购管理工作；
3. 熟悉生产流程，各种物料，加工能力和产品质量的控制；
4. 良好的英语口语和写作能力；
5. 适应频繁出差。


As one of sourcing Engineer of IAT, he will be in charge of finding qualified suppliers, project assessment and quotation, and be responsible for address technical issue, supplier quality and process control.

Major Responsibilities:
1. Identify potential customer and supplier, communicate with both customers and suppliers;
2. Do assessment of project, evaluate capability and capacity of supplier, and recommend potential supplier’s profile to determine suitability.
3. Develop program to continually monitor supplier performance, identify required improvements and implementation.
4. Identify required manufacturing and system processes improvement, trouble shooting and correctly handle communication with customer and supplier in process.

Candidate Specification:
1. Bachelor and above degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, be able to use CAD, 3D and office software.
2. 2 years or above experience in Mechanical manufacturing plant, or sourcing management field in multi-national company.
3. Project management, a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, material, process capability and product quality control.
4. Good English speaking and writing skills.
