5、 熟练操作使用办公软件；

岗位职责：

1、进行有效的客户管理和沟通，了解并分析客户需求，并进行方案规划；

2、根据公司政策协议和预算结构，建立和发展客户支持项目；

3、保持和发展适当的数据，对客户支持项目做出计划和分析；

4、培训和支持客户关系员工；

5、为经销商和下属确定培训项目，准备和提出其所需的相关资料；

6、提高公司形象和保持客户的忠诚度；

7、处理业务相关紧急事件。
