薪酬福利经理/C&B Manager
工作职责：
- 根据公司和业务战略需要发展并提供具有前瞻性的薪资福利解决方案；
- 积极与各团队协作，如人力资源业务伙伴，共享服务中心等，确保所有项目，政策和流程以客户为导向的沟通，培训与有效实施；
- 根据公司薪酬福利策略，设计、发展并实施公司薪酬与福利政策和项目；
- 管理公司职级系统；负责职位评估，分析薪酬福利调研数据并提出可行性方案以改进公司整体报酬的市场竞争力；
- 与人力资源业务伙伴共同管理年度薪资回顾，奖金/佣金，晋升周期和绩效管理流程；
- 计划并定期实施针对各级别/类别员工的相关薪酬福利和绩效管理方法论和技能的培训与沟通以改进员工招聘，留才及满意度。与人力资源业务伙伴合作，推广及营造高绩效奖励的文化；
- 通过与各部门和HR团队的多方协调和合作确保项目有效规划并以客户为导向的实施；
- 制定全面报酬的沟通策略，通过与各团队成员的协调和合作确保沟通有效规划及实施，以提高员工敬业度；
- 根据公司中长期战略目标，与各团队协作制定HR预算并定期回顾更新以确保年度预算的准确性；
- 上级主管指派的其他项目。
职位要求：
- 大专及以上学历，人力资源管理等相关专业者优先；
- 5年以上人力资源专业工作经验，熟练掌握现代人力资源理论知识、薪酬体系设计理论，开发薪酬管理工具及推广应用；
- 熟知国家相关劳动、合同法规政策，对薪酬福利方面能做出合理规划解析；
- 对数字敏感，且逻辑性强，有极强的数据分析能力；
- 项目管理经验，熟悉HR相关系统；
- 较强的团队合作能力；
- 良好的计划，组织和分析能力，在时间压力下能处理多项工作；
- 良好的沟通表达能力，英语听说读写良好。
